NBTA Canada, in partnership with the NBTA Foundation, developed the Managed Travel Index® & Benchmarking Tool to provide valuable data for your entire managed travel program. This online tool for travel professionals is designed to provide two important benchmarking components.
First, you can benchmark your overall managed travel operations through the Managed Travel Index® (MTI). The MTI allows you to compare your program against others in your like industry, travel volume and/or geography.
Second, the Benchmarking Tool provides onboard fare and performance information for specific US airlines and city-pairs that you select, as well as both hotel room and occupancy rates across city and regional markets in Canada and the US.
